Our breakfast buffet offers you a fine selection of the best locally sourced cold cuts and charcuterie, buffaloes cheeses, bocconcini and matured cheeses along some selections of smoked ones. Fresh vegetables are catered by our own garden and the jams are made exclusively from blackcurrants or raspberries from the garden.

Organic butter and homemade zacusca alongside warm bread are on the buffet as well. Warm milk and hot tea, cereals and yogurt are to be found next to the espresso machine. Fresh organic eggs are cooked to order.




We serve a daily set menu. All our dishes are freshly made in house, cooked to order and our produce is sourced locally. George has done all the hard work for you by creating these dishes which means there should be no need for you to design your own. Please do not ask us to alter them as refusal often offends. If you have specific dietary requirements, we are more than happy to cater for them, just let us know in advance.



We offer our two course lunch for our residential guests as well as for nonresidents, by appointment.




We offer our three, four or five course dinner for our residential guests as well as for non-residents, by appointment.
